Crashes the game in full screen mode (F11)

 

Greetings, KLauncher support is with you. Today we will try to solve the problem "Minecraft crashes when you press the F11 key."

 

Not much is known about this problem, but we offer you several solutions:

 

1) Enable full screen manually.

 

We find the .minecraft folder. Next, we need the options file. Open it via notepad. Here we need a full-screen line. Changing false to true.

 

 

2) Change the resolution settings.

 

Adjusting the resolution is the first thing you should try to solve the problem. You may have currently set an unsupported permission in the settings. This can lead to many different display problems in Minecraft, including the full-screen error mentioned above. Simply changing the screen resolution should be more than enough to solve this problem, which means that you will be able to play the game in full screen mode again.

 

3) If you have TWO MONITORS.

 

Try to turn off the second monitor using the win+P key combination. Next, start the game and expand to the full screen. Turn the second monitor back on during the game. Restart Minecraft and everything should work.

 

 

4) Do not press F11 :) 

 

It sounds stupid, but if nothing helps, then you'll have to get used to playing in windowed mode. This also has its own convenience (for example, quick switching between windows).
