EXPERIMENTAL POSSIBILITIES
CRAFTSMAN
- The Crafter is a new block that allows you to create items and blocks using Redstone.
- Crafter will throw away one created item at a time when it receives power from a new Redstone signal/pulse (not a continuous signal).
- After receiving this new signal, Crafter will push the recipe result from the front panel.
- If the output result has multiple element types, all the elements of the result will be extracted together.
- When placed, the Crafter can be oriented in any direction.
CRAFTING INTERFACE
- Crafter has an interactive 3x3 crafting grid.
- Crafter crafting grid slots are switchable, which means that the player can change the behavior of the slot by clicking or tapping on the slot with an empty hand.
- A cell that is "switched" cannot contain any items and, therefore, cannot put items in it by other blocks, such as bins and droppers.
- Unlike the crafting table, Crafter displays a preview of the created item, which will be created and discarded at the next pulse of the red stone, but cannot be manually retrieved by the player.
- The Crafter user interface is common to all players interacting with Crafter, which means that multiple players can interact with Crafter at the same time, similar to chests and bunkers.
INTERACTION OF THE CRAFTER WITH OTHER BLOCKS
- The signal level of the comparator is 0-9, where each non-empty or switched slot adds 1 signal level.
- Hoppers can be used both for inserting and retrieving items from Crafter.
- Droppers can be used to insert items into Crafter.
- When moving items from another block (for example: Hopper, Dropper), priority is given to filling items into slots in accordance with the following rules:Set the priority of the first empty slot (left to right, top to bottom)
If there are no empty slots, give priority to the smallest stack of the same item (choose the first one if there are several)
If there is a switched slot, it will be skipped. The item will then be moved to the container.
If an item cannot be moved, it will be thrown into the world.
CHANGES
- Added an accessibility option that allows you to hide yellow screensavers in the main menu.
- Added a recovery screen for worlds with missing data (for example, if saving failed due to an unexpected shutdown).
TECHNICAL CHANGES
- The Data Pack version is now 21.
- The Resource Pack version is now 19.
- Minor changes in the serialization of chat components.
