Welcome fans of the new player security system =) In this update, players will be happy with the new Allay duplication feature. Consider all the novelties more carefully:

 

Functions

- Added Allay duplication.
- The Sculk catalysts have been changed.
- The chat trust status has been added.
- New chat preview options.
- Added a player report.

 

Allay

- Allay's will dance to the recording playing on the jukebox.
- If you give him a piece of amethyst during the dance, it will be duplicated.

 

- Duplication has a 5-minute cooldown.

Sculk Catalyst

- Sculk Catalyst now gives 5 XP instead of 20 XP.

Chat

- The chat scrollbar has been moved to the right.
- When typing a message, the signing status of the displayed chat message is displayed with a color indicator

 

- The indicator will appear either to the left of the chat input field or to the left of the chat preview if the chat preview is used.
- The indicator will be blue when the displayed message is signed.
- The indicator will be orange when the chat preview is enabled and the preview is waiting to be signed.

- The background of the chat preview will also be a little faded when the preview is waiting to be signed.
- Added a pop-up warning when connecting to a server that does not use secure chat.
- The list of players on the social interaction screen now places player entries with recently viewed messages at the top of the list.

Chat trust status

- Messages that are not signed by the Secure Chat system or have been changed by the server will now be marked.

 

- Messages with missing or invalid signatures are marked as "Unprotected".
- Messages detected as modified are marked as "Modified".

- The message trust status is displayed both as a color indicator and as an icon.

 

- The color indicator is always visible.
- The icon is visible only when the chat screen is open.

- Hovering over the icon will provide additional information about the trust status.

 

- For modified messages, the original protected text will also be displayed in the tooltip.

- System messages (non-game chat, for example, command output) are displayed with a gray indicator.

Chat preview

- Added chat preview option "When sending" to update the chat preview only when trying to send a message.

 

- A second press of the Enter/Return key is required to confirm sending the message.
- The previous "ON" setting has been renamed to "During input".

- In the "During input" mode, the chat preview will no longer display the preview if the message has not been changed by the server.
- Chat preview is now enabled in single player and will be displayed when using commands with selector substitution, such as /say.
- Preview hover events and click events are highlighted with a solid background.

Player Reports

Now you can complain about the player for sending offensive messages in the game chat. The reporter should select individual chat messages that contain objectionable content, as well as the report category, to provide the best context for action by our moderator team. It is accessed through the social interaction screen.

 

- Multiple chat messages can be selected for the report.

 

- Additional chat messages around this selection will also be used to provide our moderator team with additional context.

- The report category can be selected from the list of report categories.

 

- On the "Report Categories" screen there is a "Learn about reports" button that leads to a reference article.

- Additional comments can be entered to provide more detailed information about the report.

 

Suspensions and bans

- Now the game will display a notification screen at startup if you have been suspended from the online game.

 

- Shows the reason for the suspension, as well as its expiration date.

Realms

- The message filtered by the Java Realms profanity filter will now be marked with a yellow marker.
- Players will be notified if the message they sent in the chat has been completely filtered for one or more receiving players in the Realm.
