How to install Fabric?

Fabric is a mod loader for Minecraft. It is usually updated very quickly, which makes it popular for small mods, such as Carpet, Sodium or Replay Mod. In this tutorial, we will install Fabric Loader and the Fabric API mod, which is required to run most Fabric mods.

 

Switch to site Fabric downloads. Select the installer (Universal/JAR). It is universal and suitable for all operating systems (you must have Java). 

 

After downloading, double-click on the installer and start the installation process. 

 

 

 

 

After running the installer, select the version you want to install. By default, the installer will install the latest version of the bootloader for the latest version of Minecraft, and also create a separate profile. After selecting the version, click "Install".

 

 

 

 

The Fabric loader is installed. Next, you will need the Fabric API mod.
