This code is generated when you are trying to play a game on a Mac using an outdated version of OSX that is not supported, or trying to play an old version on Mac OS X Snow Leopard.

If you are playing on Mac OSX 10.5.8.

The problem with Minecraft not running on OSX 10.5.8 has been solved by the developer. If you still get this error, try reinstalling the latest version of the game client. If the error persists, it may be caused by the fact that you are using a PowerPC processor that is no longer supported by Mojang.

 

If you are playing on Mac OSX version <10.5.8.

 

Your computer is too old to play Minecraft, as it does not meet the minimum requirements of the game.
