Updating Java to the current version

Klauncher support welcomes you, today we will answer a couple of questions that most players are interested in:

 

1) How to update Java to the latest version?

 

2) How to choose the version of Java you need in Klaucher?

 

You can find out about the installation of Java itself by clicking on link.

 

1) First, type "Java" in the search bar. We find the Check For Updates item.

 

 

 

 

The program window opens. You can start updating Java right away, or just check for updates. 

 

 

 

 

Click the Update Now button and start updating the program.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Congratulations, you have installed the latest version of Java.

 

2) Let's move on to the second question. How do I specify the path in KLauncher to the Java we installed?

 

In the upper right corner of the screen, click the settings button (two gears). At the top right we see the inscription "Path to Java". By clicking on the folder icon, you can find out which folder the launcher itself automatically selected. If you are not satisfied with it, then click on the very line with the folder name and select the one you need.
