The second preview release of version 1.19 is already available, and a lot of bugs have been fixed in it!
It is important to note that a recent change allowed more types of mobs to appear inside the portals of the Lower World, which caused them to instantly change sizes after appearing. The goal for the future is to prevent the appearance of most mobs in the portals of the Lower World, and those that can, will not immediately pass through the portal. Expect to see these changes in the next version.
Update: The developers have released a preview release 3 version 1.19, which will be the last preview release this week. It tweaked the sonic boom attack and fixed more bugs.

- Varden's Sonic Boom attack now bypasses damage reduction with armor enchantments such as Defense.

- item_interact_start is no longer defined as vibration, which allows detecting more specific actions such as drink or eat, but item_interact_finish is still defined.
