How do I send Logs?

Greetings, KLauncher support is with you. Sometimes, to receive information about an error that has occurred, the user is required to send log files. 

 

In this article we will talk in detail about how to do this:

 

1) Open our launcher and go to the .minecraft folder (to the right of the "Play" button);

 

 

2) Follow this path:

 

- logs

folder

- Folder klauncher

 

 

3) We are interested in 2 text documents, namely game and launcher.

 

 

Our task is to send them to the VK group's private messages. Select both files and just drag and drop:

 

 

 

If for some reason they are not dragged, then you can send them by attaching them to the message. Press the paper clip and the File button. Upload a new file.

 

 

 

For convenience, we place them on the desktop via copy/paste.

 

 

 

Attach the game and launcher files to the message and send them. It's done!
