Werrus Shaders - Shaders for Minecraft

The Werrus Shaders package adds realistic skies, clouds, light and shadows to the Minecraft world. These lights and shadows are actually heavily influenced by the clouds in the sky, and these floating pieces of fluff can cause streaks of darkness rolling across the ground below.
The Werrus Shaders package adds realistic skies, clouds, light and shadows to the Minecraft world. These lights and shadows are actually heavily influenced by the clouds in the sky, and these floating pieces of fluff can cause streaks of darkness rolling across the ground below. There are no such shadows in vanilla Minecraft. Such realistic lighting effects are why most players download and install the shader package in the first place, but not all shader packages have lighting like the Werrus shader package.

The darkness in this shader pack is almost overwhelming when the sun goes down, so you can increase the brightness setting if you plan to use it. It also makes it literally impossible to explore the caves unless you bring along plenty of torches or other light sources to light the way.
It's not like vanilla Minecraft, where even in caves without light, you can still see the vague outlines and shapes of your surroundings.

As for the requirements for the Werrus shader package, they are usually pretty average. You can use this package with integrated graphics, but everything will not look very good. On the other hand, a high-performance GPU can take visual effects to a whole other level, giving you a Minecraft world that looks so good that you might just never want to turn off the Werrus shaders again.

Since there are two different versions of the Werrus Shaders package, players with different PCs will be able to use it without any problems. You have the standard version, and then you have the HFPS version or the high FPS version, which blunts some effects to reduce the FPS drop that occurs when you turn on the shader mod. Other adjustments can be made to increase FPS, for example, reducing the rendering distance and disabling reflections. Fortunately, this shader pack doesn't affect the appearance of the water much, so disabling reflections doesn't really hurt anything.
Shaders are suitable for version Minecraft 1.12.2. You also need to install OptiFine.
